PROMPT | PROFESSIONAL | PRECISE

  • To best serve clients we request that all appointments be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every attempt to fulfill same day/last minute requests at an additional fee.

  • 50% of total estimate is required to be prepaid in advance in order to reserve an appointment.  The remaining balance is due at time of appointment prior to documents being notarized.

  • Methods of payment accepted are cash (for safety, notaries do not carry change) or cashapp.

  • Rush service, long waiting, and visits to locations that require special accommodations (i.e. parking fees) will incur an additional charge.

  • The client is still responsible for the travel fee, even if we are unable to perform notarial acts or non-notarial acts due to no fault of our own, such as the signer(s) not being ready or willing to sign when the notary arrives, missing or unsuitable witnesses, document signer(s) not having an acceptable valid, unexpired photo identification and/or not being legally competent in the notary's judgment of what is required under the law/or our sole interpretation of industry best practices,

  • Cancellations must be made via phone call at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of all prepaid fees.

  • All notary transactions are logged and recorded.
